MASTERING MENOPAUSE · MONTHLY BLOG
Part 3 of 3
Ready to take the next step? Here's how.
Everything you need to know to book, enquire, or come along and find out more.
By Dr Ivana Matic-Stancin · May 2026 · Issue 3
We've reached the final part of this series. In part one, I introduced the course and its philosophy, and in part two, I walked you through what we cover across the six sessions. Now for the practical part — how to get involved, what your options are, and how to reach me if you have any questions at all.
I want to make this as easy as possible. There is no complicated enrolment process. You can start with a question, come to a free information evening, or get in touch, and we'll find the right fit for you together.
Free information evenings
The best way to find out whether the course is right for you is to come along to one of our free information evenings. These are relaxed, no-obligation sessions held in the clinic at Maxwell Medical Group in Braybrook, where I introduce the course, walk through the approach — both the physiological and psychological dimensions — and answer whatever questions you bring. You don't need to have read anything beforehand, and you don't need to book. Just come along.
Our next information evening is on Wednesday, 30 April at 6:00 pm at Maxwell Medical Group, Braybrook. I hold these evenings throughout the year, so if April doesn't work for you, there will be further dates — please get in touch, and I'll let you know when the next one is.
Three ways to join the course
The Mastering Menopause course is offered in three formats, designed to suit different lives and preferences.
In-clinic group
Five to ten women, meeting over six weekly sessions in the clinic. This is the full group experience — rich in shared conversation, collective recognition, and the particular comfort that comes from being in a room with others who understand exactly what you're going through.
In-clinic mini group
Two to three women, over six sessions in the clinic. Everything the group program offers, in a more intimate and personalised setting. If you prefer a quieter space where the conversation can go deeper and the pace can be more your own, this format is for you. Mini groups can begin as soon as two or three women are ready — there is no waiting for a fixed cohort date.
Online version
An online version of the course is currently in development for those who are not local or whose schedules make clinic attendance difficult. If you'd like to register your interest, please reach out, and I'll be in touch as soon as it is available.
How to book
Bookings are made through Maxwell Medical Group in Braybrook. The team there will help you with scheduling, confirm upcoming group dates, and answer any administrative questions. You are also very welcome to see me as your GP first if you'd like to talk through whether the course is the right fit for where you are right now.
You can reach Maxwell Medical Group by phone on 03 7036 2450. The clinic is located in Braybrook, Victoria.
For any questions about the course itself — the content, the format, whether it's right for you, or anything else — please email me directly at info@doctorivana.com.au. I'm happy to have a conversation before you commit to anything. This is your health, and you deserve to feel certain it's the right fit.
Have a question first?
Please don't hesitate to reach out. There are no silly questions here, only women trying to understand their bodies and minds and find support, and that is always welcome.
A note to close
You've read three blog posts about this course. Something brought you here, and something has kept you reading. That's worth listening to.
The Mastering Menopause course exists because I kept seeing women who were suffering, who had no real framework for understanding what was happening in their bodies and minds, and who deserved far better than being told to get on with it, or to pop the pill and get on with it. I built this course for them. I'd love for you to be part of it.
This blog will continue each month — sharing insights, tools, and stories from the world of perimenopause and Menopause. If you've found it useful, please share it with a woman in your life who might need to hear it.
With warmth,
Dr Ivana Matic-Stancin
